You Got the Best of My Love

You Got The Best of My Love…

It’s CLEAR what the intention behind the lyrics in this song are….They are telling the object of the writer’s affection (This is an aside for you if you need a little help…and if you don’t but you read my asides cuz you find it at least mildly humorous) that he/she is getting the BEST out of them…in the relationship, in love.

ALL of their intentions behind their actions are to show LOVE for this person. They are saying that life and Love are poured into everything that they do for their loved one.

Intentions are a powerful thing.

Keeping an intention in your mind as you set about a task can be key to completing that thing and achieving your best results.

Have you tried this one? Before you get into your car, set your intention as one of “Safety for me and safety for everyone with whom I’m come into experience, be it short or long term” You could say something like this or think it…It is my intention as I get into this vehicle, this potential weapon of mass destruction is to be fully conscious, aware and alert. My Intention as I take the wheel of this several ton vehicle is to arrive safely at my destination and to be conscious of my safe interaction with all other drivers on the roadways…

Try it. Betcha notice how clear you truly can be when you’re driving…there are other side benefits. After you try it I hope you’ll come back here and comment.

Take a moment to say whether you will try this or not. Thanks!!!

Love and Laughter,
heidi

“Let it Go” the huge song from Disney’s Fall Hit, “Frozen” shows us how it feels to be courageous and to share our extraordinary selves with the world. How it feels to just…Let it Go! :)

The song is tells about powers that Elsa has been forced to hide her entire life. She decides in this moment to let the world see her powers…

Do you have some tremendous power that could potentially make a difference in the World? Perhaps you have a power that no one, maybe even you has ever glimpsed. You may have something you know you do very well, but you have never showed anyone.

Could this be you? Could now be a good time to “Let it Go”? and stop hiding from the World and from yourself?

Could you Let It Go and be Fearless?

Sure you could.

If you’re not sure…Maybe you can start by practicing letting it go…start off in your own bedroom if you don’t want to try it out on anyone else just yet…if sharing it with yourself, out loud is your first big step. Build up your courage step by step.

You could start of by Practicing telling someone. Look in the mirror. Pretend that is your best friend looking back at you. Practice telling them about this thing you do really well. Pay attention to how saying it out loud makes you feel. If it makes you nervous, you’re on the right track. If you get excited, you’re definitely heading there, too! If it makes you feel any other way, pay attention to those feelings and keep practicing.

And, know that you can’t practice forever. That’s not allowed in this class for Courage. You can’t do something that well and keep it a secret forever. Maybe it’s your purpose. You know? Maybe it’s your life purpose…the thing you were brought here to do to make a difference in the world!

How do you know it’s not that thing?

Wanna know the answer to that? You can’t know it’s not the special thing about you that you are going to make the biggest difference doing until you put it out there.

Move through the fear. Be bold. Be courageous.

The only things you will regret, when your life is done, remember, is the things you didn’t do!

so…what are you waiting for?

Do it or at least start by practicing doing it, but ONLY if that feels like your first necessary step.

If, after a couple of times practicing saying it into thin air or into the mirror feels off to some

degree…well, then it’s time to take it to the next level.

So, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I LOVE it when you get so excited about what’s possible for you!

LOVE IT!
